These food trucks with meat from the grill are amazingly popular with the local community. On the caracasbaai beach is a lovely local restaurant, Pop’s Place, were the fish and karko are served right out of the ocean. The restaurants and beach bars at Jan Thiel are for everybody! Zanzibar Beach & Restaurant

Located at the eastern part of the island, at Jan Thiel Beach, you can find the charming Zanzibar Beach & Restaurant. As the name implies, the bar and the restaurant radiate warmth and coziness of East Africa.

During the whole day, enjoy a good cup of coffee or cappuccino, a cool smoothie, a refreshing beer, a soda, cocktail or delicious mixed drink. Zest Mediterranean

The dishes form an impressive combination of the culinary specialties from the Mediterranean area. The menu presents fresh pasta’s, pure fish and meat dishes and tasty desserts.

Zest Mediterranean is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open from 9:00AM till midnight. The kitchen is open until 10:00 PM.

Restaurant Tinto

Take a seat under the roof of palm leaves with an elevated view over the ocean, or enjoy the water edge under the waving palm trees from all that Tinto has to offer.

On the beach in front of Tinto restaurant you can enjoy the sun. Rent a comfortable beach chair and relax under the waving palmtrees. Jump in the water or enter the water calmly via the stairs. Toilets and showers are available.

Tinto restaurant is open from Tuesday till Saturday from 5:00PM till 11:30PM
